Brendan Driscoll joined FGAM as a partner in March 2021 to serve as firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).

Just prior to joining he was the CFO of Replay Acquisition Corp (RPLA) a blank check company, while also serving as the CFO of EMS Capital a multi-strategy asset manager from September 2017 to March 2021.  From November 2012 to September 2017, Mr. Driscoll was a partner and serving as COO/CFO/CCO at Wingspan Investment Management. Wingspan’s primary strategies were global long/short credit and event-driven distressed equities. From October 2007 until October 2012, Mr. Driscoll was the CFO of Normandy Hill Capital, a global distressed debt and event driven asset manager. He also previously served as CFO The Airlie Group, a credit focused asset manager from September 2004 until September 2007.

Before Airlie, Mr. Driscoll spent several years as an Audit Manager in the financial service group of the accounting firm, RSM US, LLP (f.k.a. Goldstein Golub Kessler LLP). Mr. Driscoll is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute (AICPA) of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
