Peter was the CEO and co-founder of a cannabis cultivation and processing facility in Pennsylvania. Prior to this he was the head trader and risk manager at Wingspan Investment Management (a credit hedge fund). Before Wingspan, Peter was a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at Sandelman Partners running the Capital Structure Arbitrage Desk. Peter began his career at Ford Motor Co and then worked in the Predictive Modeling Group at Price Waterhouse Coopers and then joined Lazard's Restructuring and Advisory Group in 2001.

Peter earned his MBA with honors from The University of Chicago School of Business. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with highest distinction and honors in Management Science and Information Systems.
